Every family’s journey into parenthood is unique, and I’m here to provide both emotional and physical support during those first precious weeks as you settle into life with your new baby. My goal is to create a calm, nurturing environment where you feel supported, confident, and empowered to embrace this new chapter.
The costs of Postnatal care is covered by your basic insurance:

First baby: up to 16 visits

Subsequent babies: up to 10 visits

After a Caesarean: up to 16 visits
Each visit lasts around 45–60 minutes and is all about checking in on you all. From feeding support, baby care to general health checks and how you’re actually feeling. It’s practical, reassuring, and grounded support to help you settle into life with a newborn, ask the questions you didn’t even know you had, and feel more confident doing this whole thing your way.
I also offer a pre-consultation — a 60-minute session where we can get to know each other before the birth. This session costs 150 CHF and is not always covered by health insurance.
