Registration & Booking

This course is primarily intended for families planning to give birth at Hirslanden Klinik. For this reason, all registrations are reviewed before a place is confirmed.

After submitting the registration form, you will receive a confirmation by email if a place is available, together with your invoice. Once your place has been confirmed, your booking is binding and the cancellation policy below applies.

Changes & Rescheduling

A CHF 35 processing fee will be charged for any changes, cancellations or requests to reschedule a confirmed course booking.

Cancellation

• Cancellation after confirmation: CHF 35 administration fee
• Cancellation 8–14 days before the course: 50% of the course fee
• Cancellation 7 days or less before the course: 100% of the course fee
• Non-attendance: 100% of the course fee

If your place can be filled by another participant, only the CHF 35 administration fee will be charged.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. Not paying the invoice does not automatically cancel your booking.

Missed Courses

If you are unable to attend the course without prior cancellation, the full course fee will be charged. Missed courses cannot be transferred or rescheduled free of charge.

Why this policy?

Places on this birth preparation courses are limited and often in high demand. This policy allows me to manage course places fairly and, where possible, offer cancelled places to other expectant parents.
