Registration & Confirmation

Once your registration has been received, you will receive a confirmation by email. Your place on the course is considered confirmed once you have received this confirmation.

Changes & Rescheduling

A CHF 50 processing fee will be charged for any changes, cancellations or requests to reschedule a confirmed course booking.

Cancellation

If you cancel your course booking within 7 days of the course date, the full course fee will be charged.

The full course fee will not be charged if the cancellation is due to medical reasons and a valid medical certificate can be provided. In this case, the CHF 50 processing fee will apply.

Missed Courses

If you are unable to attend the course without prior cancellation, the full course fee will be charged. Missed courses cannot be transferred or rescheduled free of charge.

Why this policy?

Places on this birth preparation courses are limited and often in high demand. This policy allows me to manage course places fairly and, where possible, offer cancelled places to other expectant parents.
